Recently, I read "Every Little Hurricane" and "The Long Ranger and Tonto Fistfight in Heaven" by Sherman Alexie because my multiehnic literature professor at university told us to do it. I found his style really particular because seems like he writes stories based on his experiences as a Native American who lived in a reservation. So, by reading his works, you can get to a better understanding of what Native Americans were like during the postcolonialism time.

I just read a short story by him and loved it. I wish I could recall the title. It involved a drunk man trying to buy back his grandfather's headdress. Good writing.
